We will respond within 24 hours to assess whether a refund or exchange may be granted. Requirements for Returns To complete your return or exchange, proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required. Do send any items back to the manufacturer unless you are instructed to do so by our support team. Depending on the product, return shipping may be covered by the manufacturer. This will be communicated clearly in your return instructions. Partial Refunds In some cases, partial refunds may be issued. If applicable, a will be provided upon request. Gift Returns If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit in the form of a gift certificate once the return is received. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
